'Artist of the Year' 2012 FanMusic
'Artist of the Month' Sept. 2012
I enjoyed a professional singing career when I was young, performing around the Canadian west coast, Alberta and Japan. Then I stopped performing full time to start a family. When my son was in school I attended the University of British Columbia where I got my B.A.(Music). Now after finally recording my long over-due album (and in Nashville! So fun!!) I'm happy to share my songs with everyone at FanMusic.
***Favourite Styles of Music***: Texas Swing, Country, Jazzy Swing...but lots more too. : )

If you're looking for a way to get your songs on iTunes (and lots more stores) try tunecore.com. That's the site I use and it seems pretty good.

Make sure to listen to World's Apart by jazzman67. This is a really awesome piece of music and extra special because he is playing with another FanMusic member, Paco Reth. And they really are worlds apart! Las Vegas and France. Such a great idea they had. It would be so nice to see more folks on this site playing music together and maybe even playing some of each others' songs too.
