Songwriting....my true passion! I've been writing since the age of 13. I achieved the goal of having a few songs published in recent years, but found that it kind of took the "passion" out of my writing. I don't believe it should ever be forced for a market. It just doesn't seem to come from the heart anymore when doing that. That's just my personal experience/opinion though. :)I took a couple of years off from writing after the publishing experience to play in a cover band. Great fun, and MANY great memories! I found myself missing writing though, so....here I am sharing my fresh start at it. I hope as I post new songs, someone will enjoy at least one of them! |
