The Answer Lies Within

OMG I think George would be very happy! Every aspect of the song is Beatlesque, yet you were also able to be hugely creative in making it your own. Great job...gets a six from me

Truck Stop Queen by Scott Harvey

Enjoyed this one, cute, sad, but somehow laughable story song? Lyrics are cool and thanks for trying to forewarn we males to the Hazards Of truck stop Love. Nice Bass line throughout and I like the structure of the instrumental break. While the female voice lends an added dimension, I'm not sure I see the reason for it. Anyway, great job, thanks.

The Hermit by Scott Harvey

Very nice! I REALLY like the lyrics. You definitely capture the backwoods/hillbilly feel. I also like how the song goes from quiet to loud and back again - that really helps to keep it from getting monotonous. Excellent!

Trouble On The Farm by Scott Harvey

Oh what fun. Simple, and repetitive. Children love repetitive! I think you've found your groove. As a pre-school teacher I see kids loving this and not being able to wait for the whoopee at the end. Well done. Six stars from me.

THINGS ARE MEANT TO BE by 60sguru

I have to agree with what other have had to say. The recording technique holds this one back. I look forward to hearing more from you in the future however.

Steam Train by Scott Harvey

Musically I just dug this one. This song seems like just the thing to get the kids moving and maybe even thinking a little bit about what is really important. Such a fun infectious melody with train whistles to boot. I'm "all aboard".
Real nice job!

The Conga Wave by Scott Harvey

Really delightful. I think you are off and running as far as your new endeavor to produce children's music. I can definitely see kids dancing and singing to this. I heard a couple of instruments that I can't name but were just perfect. Fun lyrics, nice and simple with your vocals spot on. Nice touch with the "kid vocals" too!
Flawless ****** stars from me

Say Goodbye by Scott Harvey

Nice job! I really enjoyed the melody and the piano composition. Lyrics are sad and haunting but also with hope; I think? The last verse could serve as a chorus someday, maybe?

Christmas Lights by Scott Harvey

I enjoyed this very much. Just the kind of tune to get me in the holiday spirit. Loved the bass rhythm with the contrast of the bells. Nice job!
