Coming from the Darkness * by pmalman

It's a decent instrumental. Very quiet in volume though. I like the guitar throughout--has an 80's feel to it. It's composed well, and the mix is decent... just needs that volume (a limiter on the main buss should do it).

The composition is good. The mix needs some work. It's hard to make out the words. As far as the mix, the music is very quiet in comparison to the vocals, which makes it sound very thin. I'd just suggest to keep working on the mix.

Song Three 2012 by darknightcerberus

This would be killer if there were some "real" instruments in there--at least some crunchy guitar. If they were played exactly the same as you've done here, you'd have a Dream Theater kind of sound. There's some good melodies in it. So, stars for composition!

This is very cool. I really dig that lead instrument! What is it, a violin with just some type of effect on it? Only suggestions I have is to pan all the instruments to your liking so that they won't clash with the vocals--most of 'em are in the same frequency range. Minor stuff... Good stuff!

Golden Flow- Casper by kman

Classic sampling rap; good job. It definitely has that flow. Not much to say... everything sounds good, except maybe the vocals. I think they need a little work in the EQ & Level department. It's hard to make out the words at times--seems like a bit too much low to low-mid on 'em. Good work otherwise!

Sounds pretty good. Your drops are implemented well. It's not something I'd listen to but I think the right listeners would like it. The only thing I would suggest is work on the vocals--they don't sit very well in the mix. Maybe the use of a limiter would help even it out so the volume levels are more smooth. Just need a little tweaking and you got it. Good job!

Has sort of an 80's feel to it. Everything's great except for the lead piano/synth line--it's out of time, clashes with the beat. Some vocals would really fill it up too. You did a really good job on the rest of the music, it's just that lead line needs some work. Other than that, sounds great!

Not my preferred genre, but you do have something here. Yappity Yap! The intro blends very well into the verse--in all aspects. Good beat as well. The mix could use a little cleaning up, but it would be minor tweaks. Good job! Keep goin'!

Pretty good... Not my preferred genre, but I do have some suggestions. I think the mix and composition needs work. For example, the sound effect intro throws the listener off--it's not needed. I'd also have the verse come in sooner to bring the listeners in the song quicker--they'll want to change the station or song if it doesn't grab their attention. I'd work on the composition first, your mix isn't so bad. Overall you did a good job. Keep at it!

Kids World by balajiram

For what you going for, it's good. I can hear it accompanying a children's TV show such as Barney or Teletubbies. It needs more volume though. The mix is good, but it needs some mastering. Good work!
