The acoustic guitar pattern to start the song was nice. I liked the upbeat rhythm. Your vocals were right on for this. Lyrics were also good. I could hear this with a more hard driving background, i.e. electric guitar, bass, drums.
But is one of my favorites of yours.

Thank you, Jimi; for taking your time to read and review the song which I truly appreciate. I really like this one myself of all my songs. It's more of a spiritual type of sounds to me.

Very powerful voice. The acoustic guitar progression is very nice and has some cool little riff's. The vocal is very powerful, but sometimes a bit louder in the mix then it probably needs to be.

The song idea is a very good one and I like the lyrics.

I'd work on the mix and the vocal 'vamping'.

I also play, it sounds like you knuckles are dragging, or the strings are of a odd hair. Either way it sounds to crisp in the intro of strings. But i like you lyrical sound, it's strong and original.. Seems AS THOUGH YOU GOT YOUR OWN FLOW..lol ride your rainbow to the top mate and I God will open the Gates of Heaven for all of use faithful to him ad out true God given talent. Cheers mate.. However I probably would add a coulpe of harmonic notes over the string play at times.. Only because thse now a days fans don't know how to enjoy the ride of a song HARMONICALLY.. and to this i say SAD. Nice work mate.. love the fade out pluck strings.

Very lovely song. Very reminiscent of the days of John Denver. Lovely guitar playing. Would have sounded better with a more recent recording though. Good luck in contest.

Kerri; Thank you for stopping by and listening and maybe with a more conventional recording it would sound better.
